Adam’s professional background includes 7 years experience working in a physical therapy clinic designing and implementing orthopedic rehabilitation exercise protocols and has been personal training at Momentum Performance and Wellness since 2013. Adam left physical therapy to join Momentum in 2013 and became the clinical manager in 2015, then in 2017 took on a larger role in operations and human resources. Adam has rehabbed and trained many high school and collage athletes from a variety of sports, including state champions. Adam also specializes in training those with a variety of neurological conditions including Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson’s Disease. Adam, along with Matt, has developed the Functional Safety Screen for neurological conditions and is ACE Certified through the Multiple Sclerosis Society. Adam was married in 2016 and celebrated the birth of his son Lincoln in 2018 and daughter Addyson in 2022.
