Christopher Pribish, L-ATC, CSCS, CSAC

Chris is the principal owner and Director of Momentum Performance and Wellness, while also operating as an Athletic Trainer and Clinical Exercise Specialist. Chris graduated from Canisius College with a Bachelor’s of Science in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training in 2002. In 2003, Chris became a Certified Athletic Trainer through the NATA BOC and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Chris has completed additional course work and holds the following:

Certifications:

  • Certified Athletic Trainer through NATA

  • Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through NSCA

  • Certified Speed and Agility Coach through Athletes Acceleration

Adam Hanrahan, L-ATC, CSAC

Adam is the Clinical Manager and Operations Manager at Momentum Performance and Wellness, while also operating as an Athletic Trainer and Clinical Exercise Specialist. In 2008, Adam graduated from the University of Southern Maine with a Bachelor’s of Science in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training. In 2010, Adam became a Certified Athletic Trainer through the NATA BOC. Adam has completed additional course work and holds the following:

Matt Marcoux, L-ATC, CSAC

Matt is a full time Athletic Trainer and Clinical Exercise Specialist at Momentum Performance and Wellness. Matt graduated from the University of New England in 2013 Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s of Science in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training. In 2013, Matt became a Certified Athletic Trainer through the NATA BOC. Matt has completed additional course work and holds the following:

Amy Smith

Amy is the Client Relations Director for Momentum Performance and Wellness. Amy graduated from the State University of New York at Albany, Summa Cum Laude, earning her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Amy has been a committed member of the team at Momentum since 2015, providing exceptional knowledgeable and compassionate care, while attending to the full range of the varied administrative needs of all Momentum members and clients.

 

Independent Contractors

Hannah Rega, NASM-CPT

Hannah is the owner and lead trainer for ELAN Performance & Wellness. She will be working out of Momentum Performance and Wellness operating as an independent contractor. She graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in May of 2022 with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and Kinesiology. While finishing her degree she worked as a personal trainer at 10 Fitness in Conway, Arkansas and saw a wide variety of clientele including student athletes, lifestyle clients, post surgery/PT clients, and geriatric mobility/strength clients. She has also worked in a wide variety of setting such as one on one training, group strength classes, and team mobility classes. While working with this variety of clientele she experimented with the structured combination of mobility, strength and recovery and found her clients performance improved dramatically. She trained for 3 years before pursuing a certification in Applied Stretching Theory and Practice. She moved to Maine and has been applying this certification at StretchLab in Scarborough for the past 2 years. At StretchLab she uses PNF, myofascial release, and massage gun techniques to provide muscular relief and improve mobility. Through this experience she is set to provide a well-rounded personal training experience through coaching stretch, mobility, functional strength, and performance training.
