Zack’s professional background includes 8 years of experience in the field of sports medicine. Zack’s career started at Bonny Eagle High School and Middle School, where he provided athletic training services to over 900 student athletes. During his time at Bonny Eagle, Zack provided acute injury management to all the student athletes, and he also implemented a concussion policy that emphasized athlete safety and prioritized academics. During his time at Bonny Eagle, Zack also worked at Saco Bay Physical Therapy in Standish, ME. At Saco Bay, Zack assisted physical therapists in implementing and creating rehabilitation programs to meet patient needs. Zack also ran a geriatric senior fitness program to members of the community in Standish, Hollis and Buxton. In 2016, Zack worked at Momentum Performance and Wellness as a Clinical Exercise Assistant. At Momentum, Zack worked with gym members and created and implemented programs to clients. In 2017, Zack joined the Sports Medicine Team at Saint Joseph’s College of Maine. At Saint Joes, Zack primarily worked with the women’s soccer team and men’s lacrosse team. During his time at Saint Joes, Zack obtained his master’s degree in education, and he also obtained his certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and he became the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach. As an athletic trainer and strength coach, Zack created and facilitated rehabilitation and strength and conditioning programs for all student athletes on campus. Zack currently resides in the city of Biddeford with his wife Haley, and their dog Ginger.
