Your first customized program will arrive in your email shortly after the completion of the survey. Each month you are a member a follow up survey will be completed and an updated exercise program will be sent to optimize progress and commitment. You will have the ability to contact your Virtual Health Specialist with any concerns. This will allow your Virtual Health Specialist to make additional recommendations, modifications or referrals as needed.
